    20 minutes to Messe München. Short distances, no traffic jams, no parking problems. You can park your car in the underground car park in the building.

    Concerts and sport

    Concerts and sport at the Allianz Arena, the Olympic Stadium and the Olympiahalle, and big open-air concerts on the outdoor grounds of Messe München in summer. Allianz Arena 20–30 minutes by car (20 km).

Trade fair apartment instead of a hotel room

After a day at the fair you come back to your apartment, not a hotel room. Every apartment has its own kitchen, a workspace and fast, free WiFi. There is a supermarket in the building, and the air conditioning keeps temperatures pleasant even in summer.

The apartments sleep 1 to 6 people. With connecting doors, teams of up to 10 people stay next to each other. Your apartment is given a light clean every 3 days and a thorough clean once a week, and we take the rubbish out every day. Bed linen and towels are also changed during the weekly clean.

Accommodation for exhibitors and stand builders

Build-up, fair and dismantling often take more than a week. You can rent our apartments for one night or for several weeks; short and long stays are possible.

If you book more than one apartment, please tell us the guest names for each apartment. Each apartment gets its own check-in code. We issue the invoice to your company.

Parking for Messe München: underground car park in the building

You can park your car in the underground car park in the building, €15 per night. Please reserve your space up to 3 days before arrival. Short distances, no traffic jams, no parking problems. With the U2 it is only two stops to the trade fair. You can reach Trudering station in 10 minutes on foot or in 3 minutes by bus 193; the stop is right outside the door.

Oktoberfest apartment for groups

For Oktoberfest, friends and families stay together in one apartment for up to 6 people, or with connecting doors for up to 10 people. The city centre is 25 minutes away.
