Apartment by the month
- For longer stays with monthly invoicing, the price is due on the 1st of each month for the current month. Terms and Conditions, section 3.1
- Dates, apartment type and conditions are agreed individually for every stay.

From 31 nights, different terms apply
- Short and longterm stays from one night.
- The guest may terminate stays of 31 nights or more early by giving 14 days’ notice. Notice should be given in text form (e.g. by email); receipt by MLoft is decisive. If the guest leaves early without observing this notice period, the guest owes the agreed price until the end of the notice period. Expenses saved and proceeds from re-letting the apartment are credited; section 5.6 applies accordingly. Terms and Conditions, section 6.1
