Self-supply
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine. A supermarket is right in the building.
Contactless check-in
From 3 pm at the check-in terminal in the foyer on the 1st floor, with check-in code and identity card or passport. Reception is open daily from 8 am until 4 pm. You can reach us by phone around the clock.
Underground parking in the house
During your stay you may park your car in our underground garage. €15 per night, reservation up to 3 days before arrival.

You would wish to find a well filled refrigerator in your apartment at your arrival? If you announce and order by e-mail at least 4 days before arrival we will be pleased to do the shopping for you and to equip the kitchen with the goods you have ordered. (on demand and chargeable)

Special mattresses
Do you have back problems or are you allergic and need a Lattoflex cold foam or natural latex mattress? Please contact us – we would be happy to provide you with a special mattress for your stay.

An extra bed is only available in selected apartments for a fee of €25 per night and only on prior request.
Relocation and long-term stays
If you are moving to Munich, you need a furnished place for the time between arriving and finding your own flat. Companies accommodate seconded and newly hired employees with us as well. Dates, apartment type and conditions are agreed individually for every stay.

Cleaning and Laundry
Your apartment is given a light clean every 3 days and a thorough clean once a week, and we take the rubbish out every day. Bed linen and towels are also changed during the weekly clean.

All apartments are equipped with new 40" and 48" flat TVs which are connectable to the internet. You can watch 89 TV programs in 14 languages. There are also various radio channels.
