- No parties
- Please keep to the stated maximum number of people in the apartment.
- No smoking
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building, except in front of the building and on the terraces.
- Pets
- Dogs are permitted on request only. Condition: the dog is never left alone in the apartment.Surcharge €10 per dog per night, maximum two dogs. Assistance dogs with proof are free of charge. Terms and Conditions, section 9.8
- Underground parking
- Using the house's own underground garage is chargeable and has to be stated when booking the apartment, at the latest 3 days before arrival. The key for the underground garage will then be in your apartment.€15 per night.
- Cot
- On prior request we are happy to provide a cot for babies and children up to 4 years. Please ask about availability directly when booking.Free of charge.
- Extra bed
- In some rooms an extra bed can be set up on prior request. Please ask about this option and the cost directly when booking.€25 per night.
