No parties
Please keep to the stated maximum number of people in the apartment.
No smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building, except in front of the building and on the terraces.
Pets
Dogs are permitted on request only. Condition: the dog is never left alone in the apartment.Surcharge €10 per dog per night, maximum two dogs. Assistance dogs with proof are free of charge. Terms and Conditions, section 9.8
Underground parking
Using the house's own underground garage is chargeable and has to be stated when booking the apartment, at the latest 3 days before arrival. The key for the underground garage will then be in your apartment.€15 per night.
Cot
On prior request we are happy to provide a cot for babies and children up to 4 years. Please ask about availability directly when booking.Free of charge.
Extra bed
